Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Handling expenses for all products on thecmfs.com are paid for by The CMFs and free to you, the fan. All products are shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail (Standard Delivery). Physical goods typically take up to 10 business days or 2 weeks to ship from the date of which the order is processed. Orders typically take up to 24 hours to process. Unfortunately there is no tracking information readily available to you, the fan at this time. If you have any questions regarding your item’s shipping status feel free to contact us at any time and we will be happy to help you. If the product received is not as was described on thecmfs.com you will receive a full refund or exchange for similar item. If your item is required to be sent back to The CMFs, we will pay for shipment of replaced products to fans and fans will be responsible for return shipment of the product to The CMFs.
Once payment is made to The CMFs, your digital download will be sent via email to the email address associated with your thecmfs.com account. If there are any problems or questions related to our digital downloads, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. All digital sales are final.
Refunds and/or exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective products upon arrival. In these rare cases, simply contact us and The CMFs will do one of the following two options upon your request: 1. Exchange product for same or similar item, or 2. Issue a full refund. Refund or exchange inquiry must be made within 7 days of receiving product. The CMFs will first need to receive an image of the defective product, and in some cases the product itself may be needed for inspection in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. The CMFs will pay for shipment of replaced products to fans and fans will be responsible for return shipment of the product to The CMFs.
